Target is more Solopreneurs or Solofounders, expanding into large SMBs. Users are founders, small sales teams, SDRs, Recruiters.

Their marketing is community-driven, they produce a lot of content to help their community use their tools to the best effect. Aiming at 35M€ ARR by the end of 2023.

Growth team’s approach is to

  • create SaaS tools that will serve as user acquisition magnet,
  • run efficient digital ads through the funnel (top mid bottom)
  • create a book (with star contributors) to help entrepreneurs find product-market fit They use a growth loop approach, leveraging new clients to get even more.

Currently the company employs 55 people, growing fast. Growth team is 3 people : head of growth, acquisition manager, one growth marketer. Goal is to add up to 6 growth marketers. The Growth department interacts with all departments in the company.

Job Description

They are looking for multiple (2-6) Growth Marketers passionate about building and scaling amazing software tools and resources.

As Growth Marketer, you are responsible for specific projects that will lead to their SaaS products growth as well as the other assets in their eco-system. Expect to work on different projects and to move from one to another.

The Growth department is not focused on doing lead generation or cold outreach for the Sales team. They are focused on connecting the Product and the Marketing growth.

They are looking for people that will match their mindset and ambitions.

Responsabilities

  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Create and test irresistible offers for their SaaS and other products
  • Create and test growth loops
  • Create and test small SaaS products
  • Coordinate communications between the Growth, Product, Design and Marketing teams.
  • Work closely with other Growth members to scale the impact
  • Expect to work and grow your personal brand on social media

The Package

  • 💰 43K€ - 55K€ + bonuses up to 12K€ based on company performance, and equity
  • ⛺️ ideally based in Paris with ability to work from home 2 days a week, however full remote is possible (ability to come to the office when needed)

Wanted Profiles

Preferred experience

  • You are very curious and want to learn more and build your experience in growth and low-code. Mindset is key and can be valued as much as experience.
  • You have 1-3 years of professional experience in Growth, Product or Marketing domain, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Your written english is close to bilingual or native proficiency.
  • You have skills in one or both of these areas:
    • Low-code product building : Executing full funnels (offer + landing page + email + automation, etc.) using low-code tools. EG build a tool that writes emails using AI.
      • Definitely a plus if you know parts of their tools: Customer.io, lemlist, Webflow, Figma, n8n, Airtable.
      • Also a plus if you’ve already been in a position to brief tech teams as a product owner.
      • UX/UI, copywriting (in English) experience is a plus.
    • Growth Marketing
      • Identifying opportunities for growth loop creations eg put on a website some email templates that users want to try so they get lemlist subscriptions, some of them make interesting adaptations to the templates, they are offered to put their templates online, which brings even more users to the site through SEO.
      • Designing & promoting growth tests for new offers eg: new subscription plan for Lemlist:
        • What features, pricing, how is it implemented
        • How to launch it to get word of mouth
  • This doesn’t mean you’ll be working on your own, actually it’s the opposite. These will require a lot of teamwork and collaboration with product, design, tech, marketing, content, and support teams. The Head of Growth will of course be there to mentor you and make sure you find all the necessary support.
